SafeHorns for a safer experience on and off campus at The University of Texas at Austin

Our Mission:

SafeHorns is committed to improving safety for The University of Texas at Austin students, faculty, staff, and visitors on and around campus through on-going advocacy, strategic planning, and implementation.

The value of being a part of the Longhorn community is only as good as the ability of this great academic organization to lead the rest of the world into the future. If our Longhorns are not physically safe, they cannot succeed. We take action to ensure that the protection of students, faculty, staff, and visitors reflects what members of the Longhorn community should expect from University and Austin leadership. Are you ready to be part of the solution?

I always wondered why somebody didn’t do something about that. Then I realized I am somebody.
